Ricardo Spicer has over two decades experience in the music industry. From working for major record labels (Def Jam) and distribution (UMG), to crafting his own path in the dynamic landscape of entertainment consulting (InGrooves, Alphasights, AxS GRNTD), Ricardo has made his mark in the game. As the founder of SweatBeatz (music production company), Ricardo and his co-producer, Dia “Kuzi”Hodari, have created and curated music content for artists, television properties, motion pictures, and ad campaigns. SweatBeatz has worked with DC Universe Film & TV, Killer Mike, Netflix, TNT Network, CW Network, BET, Nike, Adidas, NBC, MTV Networks, Starz Networks, TNT Network, and many more.

In 2020 SweatBeatz is locked in as music supervisors for the D-Street Media Group's major motion picture, The Blue Mauritius.
