With over 20 years as a music, entertainment, and content executive, Martin Moor is fully immersed in the digital space both as a content curator, creator and marketer. He has created music labels, publishing companies and a digital content network thru a network of global
digital platforms. He is known for spotting emerging trends with global relationships in music, tech, TV, films, and brands.

Moor has been at hip-hop’s forefront since its inception, earning a reputation as a dynamic and shrewd dealmaker along with spotting emerging trends. He started his career at Penalty Entertainment where he served as the label's first Director of A& R, launching the careers of the multi-platinum artists like N.O.R.E. Penalty was originally launched in 1994 as a JV with Tommy Boy/Warner Music and grew to 100MM in annual sales. Moor headed Sony Music Entertainment’s artist development division and served as Senior Director of A&R Executive for the Epic Records. Martin served as Digital Sales Director at Urban One, the nation's largest distributor of urban content in the country. Urban One reaches urban enthusiasts through TV (TV One), digital (iONE Digital), radio (Radio One and Reach Media), social media and live events. He has helped some of the world's biggest companies (including Ford, Microsoft, Google, Apple, and AT&T) build their brands and connect with consumers. Martin is the Co-Founder & CMO at AudioStaq, A modern podcasting platform that allows podcasters to host, distribute, and monetize content their on-demand audio content. And has recently join Steereo as Head Of Music Development. Steereo serves 100% new music from thousands of independent and major label artists from across the globe.
